I am licensed to provide virtual therapy in New York, Massachusetts, and Florida. In-network insurance coverage varies by state and is processed directly through my billing partners, Alma and Headway.

Private-Pay Rate
Individual Therapy: $200 per 50-minute session
Group Therapy: $50 per 60-minute session
If I am not in-network with your specific insurance plan, you may still be able to receive significant coverage through your Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. Many insurance plans reimburse 50% to 80% of session costs for specialized care.
